The hair decorations weigh about 4 kg. Tavia Yeung expressed, “The most suffering part in this series is the over-weighted hair decorations. Now my head is swollen and every night I have to place ointment on it.”
Selena said, “This is the first time I act as a pregnant woman in an ancient series. This time other than placing fake stomach, I also have to put a bigger fake chest but the most suffering part is to carry the hair decorations. They were so heavy until I would even forget half of my dialogues.”

Jessica films a falling off the cliff scene bravely in the rain


Brief Summary: Jessica Hsuan, Michael Tao and Joyce Tang were at Lam Tin Quarry Hill filming "The Pearl in the Palm". The scene is about Jessica and Joyce who just escaped from being kidnapped and bumped into Michael on the way. During this time when Jessica escaped, she accidentally slipped and almost fell down the cliff, luckily Michael was there to save her. During filming, Jessica took on the scene herself, even though she had wires to protect her, the weather was not pretty, and suddenly it started raining, making it harder to film.

Brief Summary: Rumored couple Myolie Wu and Bosco Wong attended the opening ceremony of "MyTV x MSN" yesterday as a couple. The two seem to have taken for granted about them as a couple, since they made a hand print wax hand in hand. During pictures, Bosco didn't even care and wrapped his arm around his girlfriend's (rumored) waist. He also exposed that he often holds Myolie's hand.

Elanne gave Ron her 2nd Book which had her signature on it!



Ron finally admits that he is the 幸運王子♥ to Elanne...They're finally together!!


Elanne stayed at Ron's place for a night and he told her not to tell Michael that they're dating since Ron is scared that Michael might think that he is using her daughter to climb higher.


Michael could tell that they're dating and told Elanne that it was okay to date him, Elanne was happy.


Joel wanted to be in Michael position but he wasn't allowed. His dad knew he was going to die so they planned a meeting (Fight) with Michael.


Sammul and his buddies came to sort things out. (Sammul looks so cute in this series!)


Joel took a bag out and said it was a bomb. Sammul doesn't believe it so Joel told him to open it but Sammul told him back. Then there were credits so we don't know if there was a bomb inside or not.

The cast members attended an event to promote the series. Kate and Kenneth wore traditional Chinese bride and groom costumes. When the press asked the pair to kiss for the camera, Kenneth and Kate puckered their lips and pretended to kiss, drawing laughter from all present.

In “Man in Charge,” Kate has numerous martial arts sequences. She hopes that the ratings will break the record of her previous series, “Speech of Silence.” Kenneth also hoped that “Man in Charge” will duplicate the success of “Speech of Silence” which pulled in 30 points in ratings.

Kenneth will be involved in a love triangle with Kate and Leila Tong in “Man in Charge.” He joked that he was a true player. Reporters then asked whether rumored girlfriends, Kate or Nancy Wu possessed better dancing skills. Kenneth did not defend Nancy, "I do not know, both ladies have two different styles. Maybe Kate dances better! (Was this because Kenneth has seen Nancy dance too often?) “I have only seen Nancy dance when we partnered on the dancing program. She doesn’t dance for me to see on a normal basis!"

The theme song will be performed by Kenneth and Matthew Ko. Although Kenneth does not intend to enter the music industry, he does not mind collecting additional income from stage performances or participating in a TVB produced album.

Synopsis:
The all-conquering snooker player YAU YAT KIU (Cheng Siu Chau, Adam) takes everyone by surprise when he suddenly retires from the snooker world. This comes as a huge disappointed to her daughter YAU KA KAN (Niki Chow), who has always wanted to follow in his footsteps. She feels bewildered too, for although KIU pretends he does not care about the snooker any more, he has set up an extremely difficult game in his restaurant. His purpose cannot be more obvious: he is waiting for someone to solve the game. KIU comes to know KAN TSZ HIM (Patrick Tang) by chance. Noticing his flair for the snooker, KIU decides to make an exception for HIM and teaches him all he knows about the game. Later, KAN manages to persuade her father into taking her in as well.

HIM fancies KAN, but she is fond of LUI KIN CHUNG, KIU's bitter foe (Kok Ching Hung). CHUNG is a crafty person. In order to win the game, he fools around with HIM's aunt CHIN TO TO (Tang Lai Ming, Joyce), who is also HIM's manager. HIM falls out with KIU because of CHUNG. Both master and disciple come to settle their scores on a snooker-table in the end.

Congrats to EU for reaching 1st place with the peaking point of 41!! :)

Although there were some complaints about the ending about how unrealistic Laughing Gor was but overall, this series done a very good job!
I really enjoyed it and is still looking forward to the 4th installment! :)

Bosco and Myolie Wu exposes they often hold hands.


Brief Summary: Rumored couple Myolie Wu and Bosco Wong attended the opening ceremony of "MyTV x MSN" yesterday as a couple. The two seem to have taken for granted about them as a couple, since they made a hand print wax hand in hand. During pictures, Bosco didn't even care and wrapped his arm around his girlfriend's (rumored) waist. He also exposed that he often holds Myolie's hand.

Elanne gave Ron her 2nd Book which had her signature on it!



Ron finally admits that he is the 幸運王子♥ to Elanne...They're finally together!!


Elanne stayed at Ron's place for a night and he told her not to tell Michael that they're dating since Ron is scared that Michael might think that he is using her daughter to climb higher.


Michael could tell that they're dating and told Elanne that it was okay to date him, Elanne was happy.


Joel wanted to be in Michael position but he wasn't allowed. His dad knew he was going to die so they planned a meeting (Fight) with Michael.


Sammul and his buddies came to sort things out. (Sammul looks so cute in this series!)


Joel took a bag out and said it was a bomb. Sammul doesn't believe it so Joel told him to open it but Sammul told him back. Then there were credits so we don't know if there was a bomb inside or not.

Synopsis: HONG PO KEI's (Tang Shui Man, Sheren) engagement with Wuxi rice baron TSEUNG KIU (Yueh Wah) broke off many years ago when a natural disaster hit the country. Despite all the attacks in the family, KEI manages to keep the business in good shape. She has never forgotten KIU's last wish, too. The cast members attended an event to promote the series. Kate and Kenneth wore traditional Chinese bride and groom costumes. When the press asked the pair to kiss for the camera, Kenneth and Kate puckered their lips and pretended to kiss, drawing laughter from all present.

In “Man in Charge,” Kate has numerous martial arts sequences. She hopes that the ratings will break the record of her previous series, “Speech of Silence.” Kenneth also hoped that “Man in Charge” will duplicate the success of “Speech of Silence” which pulled in 30 points in ratings.

Kenneth will be involved in a love triangle with Kate and Leila Tong in “Man in Charge.” He joked that he was a true player. Reporters then asked whether rumored girlfriends, Kate or Nancy Wu possessed better dancing skills. Kenneth did not defend Nancy, "I do not know, both ladies have two different styles. Maybe Kate dances better! (Was this because Kenneth has seen Nancy dance too often?) “I have only seen Nancy dance when we partnered on the dancing program. She doesn’t dance for me to see on a normal basis!"

The theme song will be performed by Kenneth and Matthew Ko. Although Kenneth does not intend to enter the music industry, he does not mind collecting additional income from stage performances or participating in a TVB produced album.

Synopsis:
The all-conquering snooker player YAU YAT KIU (Cheng Siu Chau, Adam) takes everyone by surprise when he suddenly retires from the snooker world. This comes as a huge disappointed to her daughter YAU KA KAN (Niki Chow), who has always wanted to follow in his footsteps. She feels bewildered too, for although KIU pretends he does not care about the snooker any more, he has set up an extremely difficult game in his restaurant. His purpose cannot be more obvious: he is waiting for someone to solve the game. KIU comes to know KAN TSZ HIM (Patrick Tang) by chance. Noticing his flair for the snooker, KIU decides to make an exception for HIM and teaches him all he knows about the game. Later, KAN manages to persuade her father into taking her in as well.

HIM fancies KAN, but she is fond of LUI KIN CHUNG, KIU's bitter foe (Kok Ching Hung). CHUNG is a crafty person. In order to win the game, he fools around with HIM's aunt CHIN TO TO (Tang Lai Ming, Joyce), who is also HIM's manager. HIM falls out with KIU because of CHUNG. Both master and disciple come to settle their scores on a snooker-table in the end.

Although there were some complaints about the ending about how unrealistic Laughing Gor was but overall, this series done a very good job!
